Greetings from RI ! We would like to identify a few champions who would be willing to work with the school to officially launch in HK the RFL-HK sometime in late Oct or early Novv. It is our hope that in time, the chapter will be driven by Rafflesians for Rafflesians. We would of course love to help facilitate and make this Hong Kong chapter a reality. I will be in Hong Kong from 20th to 22nd September and would love to meet up with you and the other Rafflesians whom you can round up over drinks for a quick brainstorming on the possible launch of the Hong Kong chapter. It is likely I will stay within Lan Kwai Foong district. We hope that newly established chapter (RFL-HK) will not only allow us to build relationships between and amongst Rafflesian alumni, but also establish a networked system of communication between those in Hong Kong and in Singapore, create a self-updating alumni database that thrives and grows, and render support to their alma mater.
